Safe Suffolk Renters

Splice Creative are delighted to be working with Safe Suffolk Renters on a government-backed project to develop closer relationships with landlords and tenants in order to better understand the Private Rented Sector in the county.

We have helped manage events, create presentations and provide videos to explain the project.

One event was to organise a landlord engagement conference at the University of Suffolk in Ipswich. Our professional team organised 22 exhibitors in the conference area assisting many of them with providing promotional materials to help connect them to their target audience.

Over 130 people attended a very successful event, including landlords who collectively represent more than 1500 Suffolk properties. We coordinated 15 speakers at the conference which received very positive feedback.

Splice Creative will continue to help organise further events as the Safe Suffolk Renters project progresses.
