It was a pleasure for Splice Creative to support the Safe Suffolk Renters Landlord Conference at the end of October this year – the organisation’s largest event yet. More than 200 landlords, letting agents and property professionals gathered at the University & Professional Development Centre in Bury St Edmunds for a day of learning, discussion and practical support.
Splice Creative coordinated the event, managing speakers, exhibitors and the programme of talks covering key topics including upcoming legislation, energy-efficiency standards, tax updates and advice on tackling damp and mould. Delegates also benefited from insights shared by industry specialists and council teams offering clear guidance on the issues landlords are most focused on this year.
The exhibition area was carefully organised by our team with a layout designed to make it easy for attendees to visit each stand. Experts were then on hand to provide advice on finance, insulation, maintenance and compliance which gave delegates access to a wide range of support in one place. We also designed the presentation materials and provided sustainable lanyards and name cards with QR-coded digital agendas.
The great turnout and lively discussions really showed how committed Suffolk’s landlords are to staying ahead of change. We were thrilled to be part of such a successful event and can’t wait to support Safe Suffolk Renters at future activities.
