Splice Creative organised a successful event for Derby-based DASH Services as they held the first East Midlands 2025 Housing Conference at the East Midlands Conference Centre in Nottingham.
The conference brought together landlords, agents and local authorities to focus on key issues facing the housing sector including the implementation of the new Renters’ Rights Act.
Around 300 delegates attended to hear insights from experts in housing regulation as well as others with specialist knowledge of the private rented sector offering advice on tax, maintenance and energy efficiency.
Splice Creative co-ordinated much of the event, from venue selection, booking speakers and sponsorship to scheduling, audience engagement and supporting the DASH team on the day.
We also provided design, video production and presentation support to bring the event content to life, ensuring a professional, polished experience.
There was some great positive feedback on the day and we look forward to organising a similar event again in 2026.
