From green screen training materials, event filming and other digital content through to newsletter design and exhibition materials, we have helped DASH Services elevate their brand and engage with key audiences.
Derby City Council hosts DASH Services, an initiative for the private rented housing sector offering advice and training for local authorities, landlords and tenants.
Splice Creative was responsible for organising the East Midlands 2025 Housing Conference in Nottingham, where 300 landlords and agents networked and received practical updates on important sector issues including the Renters’ Rights Act, Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards and sector-specific tax and financial advice.
We co-ordinated the venue, all graphics, technical setup, managing schedules and ensured smooth audience engagement up to and during the event. Our team are returning to manage the conference again in 2026.
We were originally approached by DASH after they saw the engaging video production we had carried out for Safe Suffolk Renters bringing powerpoint presentations to life through green screen or chromakey video. They commissioned us to produce training sessions which were delivered by their team. These sessions can now be shared with relevant parties without the need for the team to present in person and allows the viewer to watch the professionally produced content at their leisure.
Splice Creative managed the East Midlands 2025 Housing Conference for DASH where we filmed the speakers in the theatre, exhibitors and workshops and post event produced a highlights video of the day.
Splice Creative have covered a range of marketing and creative projects for DASH Services. From designing digital signage displays, pull-up banners and leaflets to design and copywriting for newsletters and guides which engage with landlords.
