Splice Creative supported Durrants across multiple creative and marketing projects, strengthening awareness of the group’s wide-ranging services including websites, promotional materials and videos.
Splice Creative has undertaken a variety of creative and marketing projects for Durrants Estate Agents, a long-established company operating across Norfolk and Suffolk.
Splice Creative worked closely with the business to develop their main website as well as separate sites for Durrants Holiday Cottages, Durrants Auctions and Durrants Building Consultancy.
In Spring 2025 we launched the latest updated iteration of the website to showcase all services they offer as well as cross-promoting various parts of the business.

We redesigned the company’s advertising and came up with creative ideas to help existing and prospective clients make the most of all the services available, including updated brochures, marketing materials and guides.
Key members of the Durrants’ team have also written articles for local newspapers and magazines enabling their expertise to be made available to as wide an audience as possible.
Splice Creative has also produced a number of professional property videos and other promotional films for Durrants.
This included explainer videos for a number of their divisions including Agricultural and Building Consultancy. We also filmed and produced dozens of videos of properties for sale.
