Durrants

Splice Creative has undertaken a variety of creative and marketing projects for Durrants, a long established company operating across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Durrants are well-known as estate agents and auctioneers but they also offer expert advice as building consultants and have a successful holiday lettings operation in Southwold. Splice Creative has been working closely with the business to increase awareness of the services available within the entire group and aiding cross-promotion.

We have redesigned the company’s advertising to reflect this and have also come up with creative ideas to help existing and prospective clients make the most of all the services available, including updated brochures and guides.

We have designed bespoke new websites for the main residential sales and lettings business, as well as Durrants Holiday Cottages – which included creative illustrations used both in digital and print.

In addition to design and development of these sites we manage SEO and updates for the main website.

We have also undertaken a PR campaign resulting in Durrants’ expertise being shared in local newspapers and magazines.
