The new owner of Diss Chiropractic Clinic approached Splice Creative to refresh their dated website and give the practice a bespoke, professional image with a brand refresh to attract new patients and improve patient experience.
The site offers easy navigation, detailed information about services, and a simple appointment booking system. This ensures that patients can access the clinic’s resources conveniently from any device.
The website was built using a brand new palette of colours and striking new branding.

We introduced a palette of teals and greens to give the brand a medical feel with wellbeing at its core, built around a hand-drawn spine illustration that anchors the design.
New external signage was designed and installed, making the clinic instantly recognisable from the street, while a matching stationery suite was created to maintain a consistent, professional image across every patient touchpoint.
The result is a cohesive visual identity that enhances first impressions, elevates the patient experience, and reflects the quality of care at the heart of the practice.
We commissioned our illustrator to created sone bespoke illustrations to bring a unique and personal touch to the clinic’s visual identity. These illustrations are now featured across various platforms, emphasising the clinic’s dedication to holistic health and personalised care.
Our talented photographer Sylvaine Poitau‘s images showcase the clinic’s facilities and team and help to create a welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning patients. These images are an important part of the clinic’s updated look to enhance its online and offline presence.
